TAKE NOTE : For the all new stainless steel wok is better wash with dishwasher first, then pour in hot water to clean the dust or oily surface.
After that pour in clean water and some white vinegar, and cook until boiling then dump the water. Then clean the wok with hot water again to ensure the wok is fully cleaned.
Put on stove and heat the wok until no any water stick surface and wipe a layer of oil place then leave it overnight.
The next day please use dishwasher wash 2 -3 times for cleaning purpose.
